VyBeing was born from a moment employee welfare teams know all too well: another open spreadsheet, another endless email thread, another vendor to chase, another budget to balance, another “just making sure you got it,” and another attempt to turn an ordinary workday into a moment people will actually remember. But behind all those small tasks is a much bigger mission: helping employees feel seen, appreciated, like they belong, and like the celebration was built for them, not just because “the company needs to run an event.” We realized employee experience should not feel like a logistics operation. It should feel smart, simple, personal, and exciting. The kind of experience that connects people, strengthens company culture, and turns a small idea into a meaningful moment.
So in 2026, we founded VyBeing to change the way organizations plan, manage, and deliver employee experiences. Our platform combines smart automation, a high-quality vendor network, and an AI Planner that offers two ways to plan an experience. The first is AI-based: you simply describe what you need, for example, “I need a team-building event for 80 employees within a specific budget,” and the system turns that idea into a tailored event package with vendors, budget, timeline, and recommendations. The second is a guided questionnaire flow, where the user answers focused questions about the event type, number of participants, location, budget, and preferences, and the system builds a clear, precise plan without the usual complexity. In other words, VyBeing does not replace employee welfare teams, it gives them a superpower. Less guessing, less endless searching, less “wait, where do we even start?”, and a faster, smarter, more pleasant way to turn an idea into an experience people are still talking about the next day.
We help employee welfare teams focus on what really matters: building a strong company culture, connecting people, creating moments of appreciation, and turning events, gifts, and celebrations into a real part of the employee experience. Today, we create multicultural experiences together with employee communities, based on the understanding that a great celebration never comes from a template.
